not sure what forum this should be in but lately i just noticed that it takes forever for the AC to cool down the passengers in the back. i have a 2004 crew cab SE with tow package. i was wondering did any of the trucks have AC vents in the rear cause mines dont. Also i see there are two round light thingys where the factory dvd screen would be on the roof. i was wondering if its possible to take the lights out and make vents...someone help...

If you got the popular captain chair option, you would have rear vents on the center console. Otherwards, I think all you have is the vents on the floor under the front seats.

You should tint the windows in the back really dark assist. You could also point your front vents up so they flow to the rear easier.

dammit..i knew is hould of gotten that captains chair option...but i needed as much room as possible...this sucks...im going to keep looking to see if there are vent that run above the roof or not...if i DID get the captains chair option, where would the AC be blowing out of in the rear? i mean where is it coming from besides the floor.

It would be from the console between the two front captains chairs. The vents would be just behind and under your elbows when you're driving.

it doesn't blow that hard from the console but it does help. I'm opposite you. I'd like the bench option :)

I have the Front bench seat and the vents for the rear are under the front seats.

i know there is vents under the front seats but there is no top vents for the rear passengers...so if you have kids sitting in the back it takes awhile for the car to cool them down since no vents get to them from atop...

I have a bench seat LE CC and my there's a vent on the floor under the front seats. The amp under the driver's seat is molded around it.
