Hazertmed 08-27-2005, 12:49 PM Nice pictures. What size tires are those? Also how did you mount the lights up front?
misery-tom 08-27-2005, 03:13 PM tires are 315-70-R17
PRG lift is ordered, yippie!!
offroad lights are mounted to top of skidplate
firecracker 08-27-2005, 03:23 PM Man!! 8O :D
Looks like you had a Blast! Truck looks good! Truely "offroad"!
misery-tom 08-27-2005, 03:32 PM hey firecracker, ya think the PRG leveling kit will get rid of a very slight tire rub on the back of the fenders on an un-level turn?
Hazertmed 08-27-2005, 03:36 PM Is that a sturdy mount for the lights? Got a close up pic?
firecracker 08-27-2005, 03:37 PM hey firecracker, ya think the PRG leveling kit will get rid of a very slight tire rub on the back of the fenders on an un-level turn?
I would think it should.....you'll have to let us know, won't you? LOL
misery-tom 08-27-2005, 03:44 PM Is that a sturdy mount for the lights? Got a close up pic?
check my gallery here on the site, link below, i have the O/R package with the heavier skid plate, the lights are rock solid
misery-tom 08-27-2005, 03:45 PM hey firecracker, ya think the PRG leveling kit will get rid of a very slight tire rub on the back of the fenders on an un-level turn?

NKTITAN711 08-30-2005, 12:52 AM Looks like you had fun Tom. Thanks for posting the pics!
SP_Titan 08-30-2005, 11:34 PM Thanks for the pics looks great.
I went this weekend to try out my baby.
Since I don't have an off road package, I was a little hesitant in trying out too much. Had to put it 4LO just to get out some sandy areas.
Chris93Si 08-31-2005, 06:45 AM Those 315's look awesome on the truck, definitely let us know if you your rub free w/ the PRG kit installed.
misery-tom 08-31-2005, 03:59 PM will do, if it doesnt totally get rid of the slight rub, ill just use a heat gun and reshape the small area of the wheel well that it rubs on
LDOTITAN 08-31-2005, 04:17 PM Tom, very cool. That's the kind of stuff I wish we had around here. Looks fun.
How hard was it to do the extra back-up lights?
misery-tom 08-31-2005, 06:59 PM easy as hell, just tapped into the trailer plug wires, made it easy since it has a reverse light wire there, if your gunna put a pair on also, be sure to use a relay to power them or they will be dim as hell, i also have them hooked into the cargo lights as @$$hole blinders at night lol
ecbmxer 09-11-2005, 06:10 PM Those roof mount lights are awesome! Where did you get them and how did you hook them up?
misery-tom 09-12-2005, 09:00 PM you can get a universal 5 light kit from probably any average auto part store, got mine at advance auto, kit is made by optitronics, wired them into the taillamp circut
heres a link to there website, the kit i have is item number "CB-15AK"
