I am getting ready to do my audio install. I am just waiting on my head unit installation kit and wiring harnass. I purchased the kit with the trim bezel but I have the XE trim bezel also. I am installing a Kenwood head unit, an Infinity Reference 1242W DVC sub, and an Infinity Reference 347W amp. My main concern though was seeing if anyone has any tips or advice on the wiring of the head unit. Didn't know if anyone has encountered any problems seeing as newer vehicles can be a pain to wire up sometimes. I'd appreciate any input.

What is your stock system, base, midline or premium? Metra and Scosche make aftermarket Nissan harnesses to bypass stock external amps & such. Use a NN03RB to hook to the HU output, then a PAC lowlevel adapter into amp, then back out to stock speaker imputs with a NN03 and you should be all set. Depending on your pins with your stock system, you might have to ring them out to determine if you have to jumper accross with any. Do you have steering wheel controls? cause you'll need another device to incorporate that back in. Not sure on all logistics, but titantalk.com has a lot of audio info as well (under audio/visual discussion) Check it out.

I have the signle disc basic sound system. Also i bought the NNO3B wiring harness which is for the 2004 Nissan TItan. But I shouldn't need anything else for wiring up my amp cuz I have no factory amp. Im not sure what you meant by the PAC low level converter but I was just making sure that this wiring harness I bought (NNO3B) works alright and that no one has had problems.
