I tried to use the live chat feature today with no success. I was able to get a room set up, but could go no further. Has anyone else used the area of the site? If so, were you successful?

Dont set up a new room. Just click on Let's Go and you will go straight into the room thats already set up. Also make sure that you have Java installed thats what it requires. I know it works because Jettech BixLL MikeZ and I have all talked in there. If you still have problems let me know I'll try to help you.

Okay, help me out m4ck. Using Mozilla Firefox, have Java installed......get nothing with click on "Let's Go".

Ok big thing here guys. It does pop up the chat window. You are using the same browser that I use so you have to disable the stop pop up feature or you get nothing.

Yeh firecracker changed browsers and it worked. Some browsers have built in popup blockers and you have to disable them for sites like this. We do not have popups and never will so its ok to unblock us.

That was my problem. I removed the pop up blocker and was able to use the live chat. Thanks

every time I go to chat, before I can type something, I get an error box saying internet explorer is shutting down due to error. I have disabled firewall and I have no pop up blocker that I know of in the computer. what gives??

Deest I hate to say it but Internet Explorer is the problem. LOL IE absolutely sucks. Do yourself a favor and download http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ only thing you will need to do is disable the popup blocker and you will be set. I have used this program for a while now and love it. I don't have any problems with it ever.

Ok, i'll give it a try :)

:D after disabling the popup and firewall it seems to be working. now its just a matter of catching fellow titan owners in there to chat with!

At what times of the day/night are you people usually in chat? I have been checking in the morning and early afternoon, but the only time I have found someone in there so far has been at night around 9pm est.

I don't have any set time I check the chat room. I won't check it at work, but everytime I logon at home I will. My shift is kinda crazy, so will never be a set time for me.

By the way, those of you who aren't using the chat room are missing out. It's a lot of fun.

I work shiftwork myself, 7a-7p one month then 7p-7a the next and repeat. On my days off I usually have the kids, so I am in and out throughout the day. I check in at night before I hit the bed too. K9 is right, if you are not using it, you are missing out. Just in the little time I have spent in there, I have met some good folks :)
