I live in the SF Bay Area, so you'd have to at least be in the western half of the U.S. I am open to considering just about any Armada (i.e., lesser trim levels than I have now, etc.), but the Big Tow is mandatory, and the 4x4 is preferred but not a deal-breaker if you have a 4x2.
My truck is in great shape and the only reason I would let it go is to get an Armada instead. As for $, I figure I would just compare the KBB value of the two vehicles and whoever has the lesser value vehicle can throw in some cash to make up the difference.

Last thought - If you have a non-Armada SUV that seats at least 7 and tows at least 9,000lbs, that is at least a 2000 or newer, and that isn't a Ford, I might consider doing the trade with you. But I do love that 5.6 in the Nissans!
