Looks sweet. and good price. I presently have a Dan Moore (dunder) spider web grill, but was thinking of having an alternative grill. His grill is so easy put on & take off, having a different style for variety wouldn't be a bad compromise at that price.
How do yours bolt on? with clip washers a and nut over stud? Thanks

Hi and thanks for the great response as always. These forums are so great and have been very supportive. Yes these grilles are very easy to put on and take off. Yes the upper grille attaches with hardware and the bottom you will have to drill a couple holes from behind. The whole install for both pieces is about 40 minutes to an hour. Sorry at this time this is the only grille we carry at this time.

Yes it will. You will have to notch cut on your stock plate frame to remount it.

Bolt Over Grilles
This type of grille requires only a basic installation. By mounting your new grille insert over your existing grille with the included hardware, not zip ties, this is the easiest type of installation.
No Cut Replacement Grille
This type of grille is the best of both worlds because you remove your stock grille and replace it with your new grille without much modification. You get that custom look with a short install time.
Replacement Grille
This type of grille is the best looking grille of the bunch. It makes the front of your car look custom from the way it is mounted and looks more stock. Some replacement grille inserts require some cutting before the install, but if you are handy with tools it is well worth the time. All your cuts do not have to be exact and only need to be wide enough for your new custom grille insert to fit in the opening. These are the grilles you see on most cars at the Auto Shows and Conventions.


What is Billet Aluminum and why is this so important to me?
Each grille is manufactured out of the highest grade T-6 aluminum not the lesser extruded aluminum. Each Billet Grille is CAD designed for a great fit.

The designation "T-6" refers only to heat treatment (solution anneal and artificial age); has nothing to do with alloy or mfg process. "Billet" is intermediate form in manufacturing; eg. a billet would be the feed stock put into the extrusion press.

Are the faces of each bar polished?? or the unshiny billet look? Just wondering..
