: Procomp Stage1 6" lift - 04 CC 2WD
Net4n6 09-14-2005, 10:50 AM I am scheduling to pickup my truck today. It's getting 6" Procomp stage 1 lift + new tires and wheels. Please advice me what I should check and questions should ask before I drive the truck out of the shop. I will post picture as soon as I get the truck home. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: 9-15-2005
Finally, I my Titan grow 6". Actually, it is not fully 6". I forgot to measure it before the lift. Here are pictures.

baseballfanz 09-14-2005, 11:08 AM Yeah man stop teasing us. Been waiting too long to see pictures of your lifted truck. :nono:
SimplyTitan 09-14-2005, 11:11 AM That is going to be awesome. I can't wait to see the pics. You will be bringing home a beast!
Rossi 09-14-2005, 11:16 AM They look like monsters with the 6 inch lift too....
Net4n6 09-15-2005, 11:39 PM I just uploaded pictures of my truck.
Trogdor 09-15-2005, 11:46 PM Very nice Tyltan and I'm pretty confident the pictures just don't do it justice (black is just hard to photograph). Have you considered debadging your truck to further the black look? Also, how do you like your gaylord cover these days? Noticed any mpg improvements from it?
Net4n6 09-15-2005, 11:58 PM I am thinking about debadge it. I am glad that I went with the polished wheels instead of black. My first choice was black wheels but they were out of order. These wheels costed me $450 less than the black wheels. I like like the gaylord cover. It was very useful for me in long trip. I can store lugages safely in the back. As far as gas mileage, I don't think I get any improvement because the cover is very heavy. It is very strong too. I can stand up on top of it to wash the top of my truck. I am 175 lbs.
baseballfanz 09-16-2005, 12:34 AM That's a nice looking truck with the lifts.
Hazertmed 09-16-2005, 01:06 AM The lift looks good on the truck.
LDOTITAN 09-16-2005, 12:25 PM Looks great. Can you get a pic with someone standing next to it to get a size reference?
dracuna 09-16-2005, 12:31 PM If you dont mind, what did it end up costing you?
Net4n6 09-16-2005, 01:49 PM If you dont mind, what did it end up costing you?
It costed me in the neighborhood of $3500 lift kit (stage1), labor, tires, rim, alligment.
Rossi 09-16-2005, 03:00 PM what is the difference in stages????
Net4n6 09-16-2005, 05:40 PM Stage 1 is a basic kit. Stage 2 is a coil over which is more expensive.
Net4n6 09-16-2005, 07:35 PM I just got back from the dealer near by my house. It has a 6" Fabtech lift. I measured from the ground to the top of the bed. The measurement was 60". It got 325././.. tire. Is that the reason why the dealer truck higher than mine? Mine tires are 315.
Chris93Si 09-17-2005, 06:01 AM This is just as I had feared, it looks awesome and I'm totally jealous 8O
