Man, I can't seem to get anything right. I am installing a DVD player on the overhead and had to find a wire that became hot when the ignition is in ACC. Found the wire I was looking for after taking many of the plastic covers off of the passenger side, turned out I had to unplug some of the connectors that are behind the fuse block. I also took the center pilar plastic covers off to run the wire up to the roof, in doing so, I had to disconnect the wire that is hooked to the seat belt. I hooked everything back up and now the airbag light flashes when the truck is running. Any suggestions please, maybe a way to reset something that tripped or something???.
Thanks

No big deal, just reset it yourself. This happen anytime you have the radio bezel off and the ignigtion is turn on.

Did you unplug any harness or just pop the bezel off?

I tried the reset sequence and didn't get it to work, finally had to have the dealer reset it with their computer.

Yeah I should have made it a little clearer, if you take out the bezel including un-hooking the harness and stuffs, it will flash the airbag light.

wired, youd think the air bag would be a stand alone circut for saftey, imagine wireing wumthin to the bezel harness and pop goes the airbag lol, would be funny but suck at the same time

Best bet is to not unplug the seats if at all possible. The computer doesn't like that and I think has to be reset by the dealer.

Okay last night I swapped an amp out and put in a new one under the seats.
If you happen to need to remove the seats you need to disconnect the battery first. DO NOT connect the battery if your seats are unplugged!!! This will trip the Airbag lights.
