Can anyone tell me if there would be any steering, handling or other problems if the block size was increased instead of the current size? Also what is the current size of some of the leveling kit blocks?

prerunnergreg is the guy you need to talk to. I think the front for 4x2 is 2.5 inches and 4x4 is 2". You can also get 1" or 1.5" spacers for the rear. PM him, or just find one of his several posts to learn more.

The stock upper arm starts contacting the coil bucket as you go up in size. The new upper arm will allow you to have more droop without the arm hitting the bucket. For more info on the new arm, and your other options for your 4x4, PM PRG.

I put a 2.5 " lift(coil spacer from JC Whitney) and I am having some rattling suspension problems. It sounds like the front end is falling out whenever I hit a bump at low speed. At 45 or higher, it sounds normal. Any ideas please help. The people who made the lift kit don't know. It was installed profesionally using a wall mount spring compressor as well.

Sorry to have to tell you this after the fact, but preload (Daystar type) spacers kill Titan coilovers! You should have those removed ASAP and hope your shocks aren't totally destroyed. If so, contact PRG for a coilover upgrade to some Fox, DR or Bilsteins (when available).

As for the levelling kit, also go to PRG and get one of his. Highest quality, customer satisfaction, and best tech support on the market! Go to my Titan page (link in sig) and look under Mod List. Then check out the 2.5" PRG Front Kit for pics and an installation summary. You can easily install it yourself and you have hundreds of happy PRG owners here to help you out if you have any questions. Better than that, PRG gives you his personal number so you can call him and talk to him about the kit and even during the install if you have any issues.
