Has anyone by chance installed the factory Nissan Step Rails? If so, how difficult/easy is the installation? Thanks for any help.

Many persons on TitanTalk have done this and they all say "simple bolt on that takes less than an hour to do both sides."

Mine came stock with them so my info is third hand but reliable.

Its very simple, there are rubber plugs covering threaded holes that you simply bolt the brackets to.
