I just got the new arms in today. The noise from the old control arms is gone and the ride seems to be even more stable (solid) than before. Suspension travel has improved and I have the Fox's adjusted to 3.5" again since the arms are not hitting the bucket. I did get the limit straps, but did not have the time to get them on tonight.
Here are a few pics...

damn....those look awsome!!!! can you use these stock to get more travel? or are they just for lifted applications? did i say those are hot!!!!!
Great mod, take some pics of how the truck looks with the 3.5" of lift...
Do the new a-arms still give you more down travel now that the coilover is set to max height 3.5" or do you have the same oem travel but without the a-arms hitting the coilbucket?
Im a little confused, I tought that if you set up the coilovers to max height 3.5" with the new a-arms you wouldnt gain down travel because of the extra lift from 2" to 3.5", you just gained the ability to adjust the coilover to max height without hitting the coilbucket...

I believe you can use them with your stock setup to gain more travel. I will ask Greg about that the next time I talk to him. One thing I plan on doing is removing the stabilizer bar from the front of the truck. Greg removed his and it allowed the front tires to work more independently (in other words, it takes full advantage of the additional suspension travel of the new arms).

I did gain more suspension travel however, since I have the coilovers set to give an additional 3.5" of lift, it only left about 1" of space between the new arms and the bucket (which with the added limit straps is plenty of room for travel). The new arms did stop the terrible metal-on-metal knocking noise that was caused by the old arms hitting the bucket.
I am extremely happy with this setup! I rode in a Titan with a 6" lift and I can tell you that this setup gets you closer to a factory ride than an average lift kit could. It can also handle alot more abuse without compromising the trucks stability.
Another thing to consider is the fact that for the price of a 6" lift (that re-uses your stock coil setup) you are getting a set of Fox coilovers (which can be adjusted instead of being stuck at a certain height).

hey tuff Titan, are those adjustable coilovers I'm seeing in the pictures where you can lower and lift your truck anytime
? If so, whats the name of them and how much did you get them for? I'd assume they're easy to install since I've installed them ona car before. Let me know what's up with those. Thanks Bro.

Yes, they are adjustable coilovers made by Fox. You can get them here: http://prerunners.com/store/store.htm
Greg has them setup to fit our Titans so they are painless to install.

The new arms are from PRG (Greg). As for the price, you will have to give him a call.

If it has to do with suspensions then Greg is the guy to ask. Call the phone number he has listed on his site and ask him about it.
