Thought I'd pass this along... something I've been doing for about 10years now. I've got 2 kids and we travel back home often (100 miles south of the Titan birthplace :D ) in addition to being the drivers of choice for the kids friends. Don't get me wrong, kids were only the reason I done this the first time... I have enough "opps" myself just during normal everyday use...

Simply put, buy a few rolls of clear plastic carpet runners (the thin version works best). The back of the CC is "flat" enough to mold (they way some floors are made it doesn't work well- toooo many humps... The plastic runner will slide neatly under the side molding to hold in place to make for easy cleanup for that spilt beverage and save you from having a Heart Attack when it happens... One key is to leave a hole so the floor mat can grab the carpet and stay in place... pics below... loose a little on the looks, but very functional... Enjoy...

Good idea, but I'd rather use scotch guard....

You could also roll around in your office chair now!

LOL. I have done that to my truck, mainly when I go hunting.

Good idea - I went with HuskyLiner floor mats for my KC - molded to fit like a glove, have a tall lip to hold in liquid, and go over the hump in the rear. Also never move an inch. Cost - $120 front and rear shipped.........

My only piece of advice on the Husky liners (they only come in 3 colors) is that the grey is a very light grey and I may have gone with the black color in hindsight. Buy I have the Steel interior trims so they look pretty good....

I got the Husky's too, and LOVE'EM!!!

Nothing, I mean, NOTHING gets by'em.

On a side note, I was looking for something to put over the door jams. They seem to take the most beating-does anyone know if the 3M clear tape would work? I was looking at picking up a roll and putting it along the door jams.

Any idea....

Thanks!
