Well guys, ive been doing some searching and I need some opinions.

Ive got a 05 2xd titan and its just too damn low! Im always out on job sites and the thing is sitting like its a fawkin chevy!

So heres the deal.... I would like it overall to sit about 3-4" higher and up the tire size a inch or two (gotta get some good AT's on there). Its taking all i got to keep from goin with a 8" lift and 37's!

Why you ask? well first cause it will be towing my jeep on 37's (probably do alot better with a decent spring pack in the rear) and second... its a daily driver/work vehicle.... so having to climb up in it every time and climb up in the bed everytime to get gear out would suck *and suck up more gas).

I know about the coil spacers....but im not really realing them cause theyll just end up limiting my down travel.

So ya.... what ideas do you all have? if you have a simikar setup... post up a pic for me!

Thanks guys!

Well if you want it to sit 3 or 4 inches higher why dont you go with a ProComp 6" stage 1 lift kit or a Fabtech 6" lift. Myself I have a ProComp 6" stage 2 lift I love it and its practical not over done handles great better then stock tires 37's will rub alot i would go with 35's depending on the wheel width and back spacing you might rubb I have 35x12.50x17 wheels and i rubb at full turn so if you dont want any rubbing then dont go as wide Just my 02 cents. Peace Out....

I'd get, (and just ordered), the new Donahoe Racing coil-overs, (DRE c.o.), from PRG, www.titanspecialist.com (Currently listed under "Click for Specials", at the top of the page. He also has a mini-pak and Bilstein rear shocks listed under the "Suspension" menu, but it is too high for use with the DRE c.o. and I was going to get the Total Chaos lowering Shackle to use with the mini-pak, but there's supposed to be a shorter 1" mini-pak soon.

The DRE c.o. come preset for a two in lift, but can go to 0-3" for a 2wd, and I think 2.5" with a 4x4. They have built-in droop stops too.

I also just bought the BFG AT in the stock Off-Road pkg. 32.8" dia. size 285/70/17, and I think they will be fine for a small lift. People often sell these stock alloy rims when they upgrade to 35" tires, so good deals can be found.

BTW, as for the spacers, the PRG Billet leveling kits, mount on top of the OEM coil-overs, and don't add additional pre-load to the OEM c.o.

What wheels are you running? The 17x10 coolers with 4.5 backspace? I saw coolers listed on your description but the pic doesn't match the centerline pic of coolers. I am thinking of going to a set-up similar to yours so I'm very interested in how it works. Did you get the new pro comp lift with the new mx coilovers?

I looked at the pics you're running and saw your were running the coolers. Is the rubbing on the inside or outside edge of the tire?

I have the Centerline Coolers 17x10 i dont remember what the backspacing is but 4.5 sounds right, yes I have the 6" ProComp Stage 2 with coil overs and Mx6
for the rear. What do you mean the pic dont match?

When I looked at the pic of your truck that is displayed when you post I didn't notice the distinctive edge of the cooler wheels that makes them unique. But after looking at your albums I see the wheels much better. They look great, but I wonder if the rubbing you're getting is from the 10" width? I am trying to pick a wheel and would like to run 35s also. Possibly with an extra wide profile like 13.5 or 14.5. Anyone have any thoughts about the best wheel width/backspace to run those tires with a 6' lift.
