This is just a suggestion to the people that run this web site. First, I really, really like it. It's the best Titan site out there.

I notice, though, that when I go into a thread and read posts, it is hard to read and skim for things. The posts are so busy with graphics, avatars, signatures, etc. Might I suggest a limit on graphic pics to just avatars. The size of the avatar should have a limit as well. Signatures should be limited to text. Picture posts are fine because those are items of interest but looking at different posts with different size avatars, text in the body, and a giant pics in their signatures with text makes it tough to look at. Makes it hard to figure out where posts start and stop.

It's just a suggestion.

Anyway, keep up the good work on the site.

You can choose to not view signatures and/or avatars by selecting the appropriate checkbox in your profile - it's about 3/4 of the way down. 8)

Aha! I see that I can allow signatures without images. Sweet. That really cleans up the look of the site for me. Makes it easier to read.

Well, I spoke too soon. Some people have managed to get around this. I have signatures enabled without pics. There are still a few signatures that are showing pictures. Hmmm..... :roll: :?

give me an example of a user where the pic is still showing and I'll look into it for you.

RR, I agree with you!!! It is one of the few things that M4ck and I do not see eye to eye on, and since he is the boss, guess who won???? I have wanted to eliminate pics from sigs, or at the very least limit them to a very small size, he don't see it that way.

I'm glad there are options to turn those pics off. The option I really like is being able to see the text in the signature but not the pics.

I like to see user's desriptions of their rides without the big gaudy pics. I have avatars enabled but that may change since some users have giant ones that make the page look out of alignment.

My main use for the site has me skimming for info and stuff. Doing it with all that busy picture stuff is just too dizzying.

I just like a cleaner look. The option I have enabled right now of not showing pics in the signature has cleaned the view up alot so I'm much happier with the view of the threads.

Again, I enjoy the site.

It's not as important anymore since a majority of the pics don't show up but thanks for looking into this anyway.
