That looks like a killer price. What wattage are the oem hi/lo beams rated for? These are 100W/80W. Are the fixtures, wiring, fuses rated for this kind of amperage? If they are, I might have to give them a go.

Yea the wiring is ok for 100w bulbs...BUT, they are junk. Search 9006 8000k bulbs. They are the ones you want. They are bright. The wattage doesn't make them bright the "k" Kelvin rating is what makes them bright and gives the color. Hard to explain, but do a internet search about this topic and research before you waste money on high wattage low output bulbs.

sweet will do, thanks for the info badtitan, do you think these bulbs will get to hot as to melt the plastic light housing?

Regardless of the Brightness, the added wattage output, that close to the plastic Should melt it, if not Dis-color it?!
