Volant, the innovator in Cold Air Intake Kits, has now developed a high-quality, stainless steel exhaust system for the Nissan Titan. This new exhaust system, matches perfectly with Volant’s sealed air intake for the 5.6-liter V8 engine to produce optimum flow in and out of your truck. Furthermore the Nissan exhaust is a show quality system that’s more affordable than competitive systems using a lesser grade of stainless steel. Volant’s Titan exhaust system fits 2004-’06 models and is manufactured from 304 stainless steel tubing that is mandrel bent and highly polished from end to end. The three-inch diameter tubing feeds into a 304 stainless steel, high-flow muffler that absorbs unwanted resonance in the cab but emits a healthy exhaust tone and dramatically reduces backpressure for additional gains in horsepower and torque. The system also comes with a high-flow Y-pipe that attaches to the rear of the engine’s catalytic converters and uses factory style flanges for easy installation.

Volant’s new Titan exhaust uses TIG welded construction and stainless steel clamps. Each exhaust system is also finished off with a double-wall, polished tip and the entire system bolts to the existing frame using factory hangar locations. Volant is working on a sound clip. Could be a little while before it comes out.

The kit's sound very very nice. Quiet while driving, and a nice rumble when you get on it. No interior Resonance either. It's a very nice system.

No drone, huh?

Interesting considering the size of the muffler(read: small) and the fact that every other similar setup I've heard/had has droned something aweful.

Looks nice. Cant wait till somebody springs for it.

I have had this Volant exhaust for several weeks and I like the sound when you press on the gas, but if you don't want drone, then look around before you buy. A couple of coworkers with Magnaflow and Corsa systems on their Dodge/Chev trucks do not have the same issue this exhaust has. If I thought it would help I would replace the Volant muffler with a different muffler just to see if it would reduce the drone.
