Header/Exhaust Help Needed

I will apologize in advance as I have spent hours reading through the search results on this forum. With all the information I have read I just want to come out and ask all the people who have first hand experience with header/exhaust combinations.

Currently I have the Banks Exhaust system on the truck. I love the sound, but I know it's got to be missing some bottom end from it. Now I have a cracked manifold and am thinking about just putting headers on. I don't really want the truck to be any louder and I don't want to lose any more bottom end. What are my best options here?

I have looked at JBA LT's and think they would be a good fit but do not know how the performance will be effected. Will I lose more bottom end? Should I change out B pipes? Get a smaller Y pipe? I'm struggling here and need some help. Any assistance is much appreciated!!

Options for headers

AirRaid MXP intake
JBA headers (Are you 4WD?) in 2.5". I have JBA shorties with cats so I didn't lose any back pressure.
If you add in a vortex cone insert, that change in back pressure will help ahead of the Banks.

Weld or not to wel

You can have flanges welded on which makes the headers easier to install.
A Y Pipe then into the Banks.

LT's will require a tune.
ST's would help with a tune.

Shorties require a tune also unless you weld the stock cats to them. Lt, catted bpipes and uprev is the way to go. Do your research and you will see everyone is glad they went that route.

With long tube headers both DT and JBA on five different Titans from 04-11 using 2.5" bpipes and the 2.5" ypipe made 8-14 HP and TQ over a 2.25" setup with Uprev of course. The theory of 2.25" kept the torque up was blown out of the water with those numbers. Now on a stock manifold titan untuned it may be the case but not with headers and tune. You will not loose any low end with longtubes and a tune.
