I own a 2009 Nissan titan, my TPMS came on the other day. I went to check and put air in all tires, while doing so I accidently broke off one of the valve stems. I had a new TPMS valve stem put in and the auto shop I took it too was unsure which number on the factory sensor to use. I'm trying to figure out which number on the old sensor is suppose to be used. We used the ID: OE4222C1 number, the sensor is still on and the tire is at the correct pressure as well as the other 3.
They did program the sensor to the truck according to the numbers on the old OEM sensor. I'm not sure if they relearn the truck to the sensor though. Going to take the truck back to the shop with a print out on how to relearn them and see if they can do it.
That would be the safest to bring it back to the dealer/shop and have them figure it out.
