Differential swap 05'

I got my 05' Titan a few months ago and the axels have popped out. I'm under the impression that the diff. Is a common issue in the older gen. I want to swap and get a newer diff for one that is actually worth my time, but not sure where to get one or even start looking. I have a 6" loft on my truck as well. I already have a rough draft plan for extending the axels.the dealership employees here are not very educated so I don't want to go there. I'm completely open to ideas. Thanks !

Get a Detroit Truetrac and Timken bearings forget another Nissan diff. The new ones fail too.

Hey, I'm just gonna jump in on this post, rather than start yet another thread with the same subject....long story short, I smelled gear lube while I was out, figured it was my axle seals again, got home, went to back into the driveway, heard a clunk, literally felt the gears meshing roughly. Got out to top off the fluid, and it was just pouring out of the differential...limped it to my brothers shop, and took the drives haft off to reveal that the pinion nut had backed off!now I have a rapid clicking noise as I drive that increases/decreases with driving....136,000 on the clock...two questions....1. Has anyone ever had that happen before? And two, exactly what is this detroit trutrack thing? Is it a direct replacement for the contents of my pumpkin?
