2013 Titan... Noise from Bell Housing

In January of this year I purchased a never sold, but dealer used 2013 SV CC 2wd with VTP.
It had 5700 miles on it. Now has around 7300.

Mechanically it feels like a Titan should, but there is a ticking coming from the Bell Housing area. I traced it there with a Mechanics Stethoscope. I don't hear it in the cab unless I'm in the garage, but it's definitely there.

The truck in the Video is not mine, but it sounds like this. Any ideas? Is it normal for some of them? I had a loaner Titan for a bit, and it did not make this noise. I do have a 7 year 100k warranty, but I really don't want them ripping the transmission out so soon.

Thanks for any feedback.

Have you checked for a cracked exhaust manifold? This is a common problem.

It's definitely not a manifold. I know they crack, but usually not with 7300 miles. I used my Mechanics Stethoscope, and it is definitely in the trans Bell Housing / Torque converter area. I am familiar with then manifold sounds as well as the Injector ticks.
