Cargo Light

I can turn off the inside lights but is there a way to keep the cargo light from coming on every time I open the doors?

not already there, but you could find the wires and put a switch on it. Some people hide switches in the center box area, but you could put it where ever.

even better idea, would be to wire it to the light switch that doea the inside light. You may have to extend the wire to get to it, but that would make it work off a stock switch.

Yeah but that switch only let you turn on the cargo light even with door close. However it does not let you turn off the cargo light all together.

so the over head switch in the ceiling run a small length of wire from the switch to the wiring from the cargo lamp, and hoila, you can have them on the same switch.
