Don't you have to have a full roll cage if you can run sub 11's?

anything under 11.49 you have to have LOTS AND LOTS OF STUFF..

he is acutally supposed to have a rollcage (not sure how many points)
restraints, fire suit for the legs,torso
emergency fuel shutoff, and lastly a parachute..
think if you run in the 9's a parachute is required but not certain

ihra doesnt enforce any of the rules and this looked like a small town ihra track..

ihra isnt the safest tracks like mentioned. our local track at evadale is a hill billy track that will let you race atv cars trucks bikes or basically anything you want to pay to race. now HRP on the other hand, everyone knows how a real track is ran.
