New Memeber from Va

Hello everyone. I have a 2011 Titan just had the flowmaster installed, cold air intake installed. Other than that, not much of anythig else. Just looking for ideas on the performance and a tad bit louder. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Go Titan!!!!
I have read a couple of treads that mentioned the bpipes and ypipes and chip, which I have no idea of what they are talk9ing about. please advise.
