Flat tire light on

My 2006 Titan le flat tire light is on. All tires at 37lbs scanner says low battery on rr? Can the batteries be replaced? Can I buy one new valve stem? What would the normal price be for it. Appreciate any help!!!

Yes, you can purchase just one new sensor. Try a local shop first. Have them try to reprogram the sensor BEFORE you mount it to the wheel. That works. I tested four of them sitting on the concrete beside my Titan and also for another Titan owner.

I did a STUPID thing and put on fancy chrome valve stem caps. I learned that this was a bad thing as they were dissimiliar metals and got a corrosion effect and had to replace 2 of the TPMS sensors in the tire for a lovely $240!! They did put on some rather plane PLASTIC valve stem covers and said DON'T do that again! I do believe that the average tire shop can service these if you didn't do what I did for about $15 a wheel...
