Biggest Mudders on 20"??

OK, so my '07 CC SE 4X4 needs new shoes and I just picked up a new set of 20" rims for a REALLY good deal.

My truck has the ProComp Stage2 6" adjustable coilover lift and currently has 35x1250x18 on it.
I'm planning on putting the 20" rims on with new tires, but need to know what the largest size tire that would fit is.

So do I DEcrease the overall size of the tire by the 2" that I increased the wheel diameter? (i.e. 33x1250x20)???
The bigger, the better, as long as they don't rub.

I need opinions please.
I plan on getting Hankook DynaPro MTs in whatever size is the biggest I can go without further modification.

Thanks for the input!

I would just run the 35's again. The 35 is just the overall diameter of the tire. The wheel size doesn't have any effect on the overall diameter.
