It is New Out of Box but have the original Box and Bolts that came with it. it is powder coated black and does not have the drill out for temp sensor though the pad for it is there.
Picture shows the Trans Gasket, this is not included.

it is 3.5 quarts over the stock tranny pan with cooling fins. I never got to mount it on my truck before i traded it in.
Stayed Nissan went for a 2012 Quest better MPG and 2yr old friendly with hopefully another on the way, time for the lifted Truck to goto a new home....
From thier site new it is 275.00
willing to lose a little on this and throw in the OEM Trans Gasket also which i bought for about 30 dollars with shipping.
