The front end has been squeaking or groaning over medium bumps(speed bumps) for the past 3 months, so it hasn't been long. I have an 04 titan with no mods except for the leveling kit. Suspension thing for sure, but I'm not a mechanic so what could it be?
lube the lca and uca bushings too..not wd40...lube

Weird but try this, the hood rests on two rubber adjustable stops, lube or adj them. Took me along time to narrow this down, got so bad when I closed doors I could hear this one.
