20 inch wheels question

Just put 20 inch wheels on my 2012 sv tow package Titan, can this car handle them without developing problems?

I have 22in on mine and have no problem..lost some turning radius.. which sucks in parking lots sometimes. Friends F-450 has better turning radius then mine.

I'm running 20" Rockstars with 305/50/20's with no problems...
