Have you tried hitting it for a few days with PB Blaster? Worked for me.. I replace mine about ever 4 years though... $15 saves a lot of money on blown seals...

I did a STUPID thing and put on fancy chrome valve stem caps. I learned that this was a bad thing as they were dissimiliar metals and got a corrosion effect and had to replace 2 of the TPMS sensors...

I shopped around and my local dealer Bertera Nissan of Auburn,MA had the 3 year 39K for $1180. It was the best price around.
