Last week we had some rain here. The day after this event, I went out to the truck and noticed it was unlocked. I assumed that I forgot to lock it, even though I am careful to make sure it is always locked. However, when I was driving it, I kept hearing a clocking solenoid type noise that I couldn't identify. Turns out, it was the door locks repeatedly unlocking. I am worried.. should I call a locksmith?

water seepage sometimes causes this kind of a problem.. A locksmith might be able to help. I'd use silicone

Yeah in such cases , you should call a Locksmith and ask to check why this door is unlocking repeatedly.

Locksmith will be able to check the problem that you are having with the repeated unlocking but this will be best checked and fixed by dealership.

Take the car to the dealer , i don't think locksmith can do any help with it.

When i have door lock issue i have called alpharetta locksmith, they have removed the solenoid and changed the inner wiring of the door lock. After that my door doesn't have any kind of issue.

Ohhhh I had this problem too a year ago. I was driving my kids home and they told me the door is unlocking. I took a look at it, but surely I'm not a professional so I didn't know what to do exactly and how to fix it. I found this locksmith company online and gave them a call. I explained everything and they said that they can help fix it. The next day they came and they resolved the problem. Later on, I didn't have any problems with the lock. I’ve been trying to rebuild my cousins ride and get it from here.. I want to turn the horizontal doors into scissor doors.. I’ve had no experience with doors. Will a locksmith help?
