2017 Titan AC not blowing cold at idle.

My 17 Titan AC blows cold when driving on the open road at highway speeds but blows hot when idling, especially in hotter temps. I’ve heard the blender actuator, condenser fan, etc. I’ve looked at the actuator under the driver’s side and it appears to be working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
