Hello Fellow Titan owners,

My AT check like check is on...my mechanic says I need a new transmission. Do I need to go to that extreme? Or anybody have any suggestions ?
Any mechanic that tells you a new transmission is need by only looking at a dash light is only looking to rip you off. Run from that place and never go back. Do not go to a Nissan dealer either. They will also lie to you and charge you a fortune. Bring your truck to a mechanic that specializes in foreign transmissions. Get recommendations from family and friends for a good honest mechanic. It may end up only costing you $600 in stead of $6000. Good Luck.

For sure! Thanks ! I only have 160K on the odometer...so I find it hard to let the truck go!
