Correct, different bolt patterns. I have an F-150 with some sweet Gear wheels and just finished researching the same thing, as I want to put them on my Titan. I got lucky tho’, under my center cap, the wheels are drilled for Ford and Chevy/Nissan.

looks like the wheels you want don’t do that
The bolt pattern for a 2004-2020 f-150 is normally 6x135mm/6x5

NO, Ford wheels won't fit.
However, some Chevy wheels will.
And, should you find some Chevy wheels you like, check that the wheel lugs are the correct size/pattern for the replacement wheels.
I actually did the reverse and put some Armada wheels on a GMC Tahoe. Got the wheels for free while my better half was working for Nissan. They did a once a year cleanout of the PDC (Parts Distribution Center) and literally threw crap loads of brand new parts in the dumpsters. Got 3 complete sets of tires and 3 different sets of wheels, along with a lifetime supply of plugs and filters for Z's and our various Infiniti's. Never could understand why Corporations do stuff like that, but it must make sense to the morons who run the show.
