I've taking them off and put back on the factory rim and it goes away. So i put the 22's back on and it start the clicking noise again. SO WHAT COULD IT BE .HELP

Stones in the treads? All lug nuts torqued with a torque wrench?

That would have been my first guess regarding stones in the tread.

If the lug nuts weren't torqued, you'd get wobbling and a bumpy ride.

22" rims are far larger than stock so if it's occurring during turning, then I'd say it's rubbing.
If it's regular ticking, I'm wondering if the shocks aren't seated.

I've check the Rim over and over. The tires goes in one direction. No stones in tires the clicking noise sounds like it coming from the wheel hub . Do you think the hub could be going bad?
