Constant cabin "electrical"/clicking noise

This is my first post here and I'm seeing if someone might be able to point me in the right direction with the noise I'm
2005 Titan SE
I can't figure this out. I turn the truck on and within 10 minutes I get this "electrical" noise/sound coming from somewhere behind the dash. The sound is kind of like if you had a CD stuck in your in dash radio and the CD wouldn't come out.
You can hear it better in this clip.

My question is, if I get a diagnostic computer/code reader, will this pin point what the problem is?
OR has anyone had this issue and/or might know what it is?

At sometimes it seems like it has something to do with the A/C-Heater, but I don't think it really does, unless it some kind of relay. It makes this noise even when I have the key in the ACC mode and wait about ten minutes with no radio or A/C on.
I've turned the air dials in different positions and at times it seems to stop it, but only for a limited time before it starts up again.

I can't listen to the file at work but I'm assuming it's the mixing doors for the vents/AC, or more specifically the gears that actuate them. It's unfortunately common and prohibitively involved/expensive to fix. I have seen two different modes for these faults:

- At a specific heat position, which caused a continuous low cycling sound. The solution is to not use that specific point of the heat dial, say the 10 o'clock position. Or,
- When changing vent modes, which caused a number (a few seconds) of LOUD "clicks" that sound like skipping gears. This will happen when cycling from floor to vents, and again minutes after turning off the truck when it automatically closes the ventilation doors. The solution is to hope it keeps working, or completely disassemble the dash and repair the fault.

Yours may be too far gone as you say the sound starts up again.
