I am going to do the front brakes/rotors on my 2006 Titan SE this weekend. I have new rotors and ceramic shoes (Napa-lifetime). Truck has 46k on orig. shoes/rotors.

Does anyone know the bolt size of the 2 big bolts that hold on the torque member (I think that's what it's called)?. Is it 20 or 21 mm, or something else? My 19 mm won't fit for sure. I don't have many really large sockets to try.

TIA

I think 21mm. Get a metric impact set from Walmart for less than $20 that has even larger than that in it.

The 2 large bolts that hold the caliper in place I believe are a 21mm as well. Are you sure you need new brakes. I drive like a maniac and I got over 90k on my factory brakes. The only reason I replaced them was due to the rotors being warped. The pads still had quite a bit of material left when I changed everything out. Also, just an fyi there is a website, brakeperformance.com that I got slotted and dimpled rotors and new premium ceramic pads for all the way around for about 400 bucks.
