If I remember correctly, you wanted a "grill" insert for the lower opening that looked like the upper grill, right?

I stumbled across this site www.emachineshop.com that will do pretty much anything you design (with there software{free}). Anyway, I d/l'd the software and may try to design something. THough you might want to as well. :?:

that is an excellent program for free. I've been using it to design a few things for my Scout. I haven't purchased anything from them yet though... mostly been printing the stuff off and letting the sheetmetal guys at work take care of me.
Thier prices are great if you are buying in bulk... but pretty high if you need just one
