I switched over to Purolator filters years ago after reading the filter test on that Mopar site. I think it was one of the original sites to cut all of the filters open, test flow and construction. That has kind of been the template for a lot of other comparisons, and the origin of all the Fram negativity.
I've had good luck with the PureOne filters, and I'd get the Premium Plus if it wasn't available.
I should also add that before I read that test, I used the Fram filters rated the worst in my 87 Mustang LX 5.0. I sold the car with about 88,000 miles on it due to persistent electrical gremlins. It just so happened a buddy of mine wanted the car, and the engine is still going strong and doesn't use any oil at 122,000 miles. I was using Castrol GTX 5w/30 and changing at 3000. I think that may have been more important than the (lack of) filtration.
