Hey anybody know if I can swap in a motor from an 07 or 08 into my 06 titan with no issues or would I possibly need the computer from that motor aswell?

It depends....if you swap the longblock and keep all your sensors and ancillary equipment, no changes would have to be made. However....If you change everything, including sensors and wiring harness, you may need the PCM from the donor.
