I can say the Gibson definitly kept if not gave me more launch. Alot of the mags I read report a 0 to 60 of 7.1 to 7.5 so I'll take the 6.9...
Yeah, break in you say, wish I knew the meaning.
I've run er hard since day one...have 1750 on er now and just did the free oil change thing at the dealer and they topped and checked all the fluids. Glad to get that out of the way with my hard driving and all the talk of the diff fluid being low. As soon as I heard about the fluid level problems I made a appointment to get a oil change and have all the fluids checked which should have been done before I took delivery of the vechile anyway. I made the dealer change the diff cover cause it was starting to rust which could have been an indication of low fluid. I bought my own diff oil[synthetic] so at least that's out the way. I'll go synthetic my next change after she is broken in more and hopefully not broke the way i drive er...
The dealer has been great at taking care of any issues with the truck so lets hope it stays that way and I don't have to deal with them to much...
What's the top speed before the speed limiter kicks in? I wana say I recall reading somewhere it was 115.
