Guys its October 1. We need to start discussing what you want to put in the vote for this months raffle. Depending how this raffle goes will determine if we continue to have them monthly. We need to list items you would like to see raffled. I think we should start out cheaper this first time. Maybe some nice Husky floormats or something in that price range. We could even do something like a goodie box. I can get a bunch of items for the truck like wax, glass cleaner, oil filter, whatever you guys think of. Just make a list of things you would like to see raffled this month. The second week of the month we will make a vote on these items. We will then see how many people want to participate in the raffle, to find out the raffle entry cost. The last 2 weeks of the month we will receive the money from those that wish to enter. People wishing to enter the raffle will need to submit there money before the last day of the month. On the last day I will put the names of those that enter in a hat and have my wife pull the winner. I myself will not be in the raffle. This could look bad if I ever won. LOL When submitting your money for the raffle we will use the same Paypal link on the front page. When you submit though the line that says Payment For: put ( ClubTitan Raffle ). I hope this goes well and we have some happy people with some great wins.

Heh I have to do the install and review. Then I have to sport it around for a while see if I like it. Then I will decide which I like better my Flowmaster dual exhaust I have now that I lost Tq with or the new Gibson that is supposed to add 12 hp and 13lbs tq plus a couple mpg it claims. I'll get back to ya on that.

The exhaust would probably need to be a bigger entry fee due to shipping costs.

Actually there are more then I ever believed. Some of these guys get wired on 1 cup.(Sissies) I carry a quart thermos while on the road, plus what I drink at home.

I suggested that Starbucks card because I figured we should promote the use of the cup holders in the Titan. :lol: Actually, I figured there are a lot of coffee drinkers and those that aren't can get something besides coffe there (bakery item, cocoa, tea). Given the price of gas out here in So Cal right now ($2.49/gal) I am going to rank the gas card a bit higher than the coffee card. Heck, might as well let the raffle winner choose which one they want.

Not to get off the subject, but a Marine buddy of mine who just got back from Iraq told me that some Marines in his unit wrote Starbucks and asked if they could score some "joe". They told Starbucks that they really enjoyed their coffee, but couldn't get any there.

Starbucks was kind enough to respond back to them. They advised that they do not support the war and therefore would not send them any coffee. What a crock!!!!!!

Now I don’t have a problem if someone disagrees with the war, but don’t blame the soldier in the field for it. I feel we need to support them even if you don’t believe in the politics behind the war!

As for me, I no longer support Starbucks. I just thought I would pass that along.


Now for the matter at hand… I think we need to make it something for the care or performance of the Titan. Gift cards are a great idea. So is vent shades or car wax. I think it might be easier for m4ck if it is a gift card to help save on the shipping costs.

Well guys this sunday will be the last day to pick items to vote on. Next week we do the actual vote. Then the last week of the month I take up the entry money for the raffle. Good luck and keep the suggestions coming in. Oh yeh it might be a good idea if you tell some other people about the raffle. The more the merrier because the more people that get in the better raffle's we can start to have.
