I have a 07 titan and it has been acting up the (SES) light came on and I pluged it in, came up with the mulitiple misfire/random misfire. Should I replace the crank sensor or cold it be something else that may be cheaper to get? Help!!!

That could be MANY different things from bad plugs, not likely, to a vacuum leak. Since it's an 07, I'd have the dealer worry about it and be done with it...unless you somehow have over 60k miles on that 07.

I recently had this issue also. My problem ended up being the pass. side upstream O2 Sensor or A/F Sensor crapped out on me. To troubleshoot, try unplugging one at a time and see if your truck runs better. Mine had a erratic idle like it was cammed up and then later started misfiring bad enough that it would hesitate badly anything below 2500rpms. Hope this helps.
