We recently put custom rims on our titan and ever since then the tire pressure sensor is flashing. Does anyone have an idea on what we can do to get rid of the light?

Did you put the sensors on the new rims? If so, the light shouldn't be flashing. Sounds like it's telling you it's not reading any sensors. If that's the case and you don't want to use them on the new rims, it should be able to be shut off using the consult by the dealer but I'm not sure they would do that for you.

sensors

What do the sensors look like? The dealer said that I need to have metal valve stems and that would take care of the problem. Is that what it is ?

I know this is bringing up an old issue, but did the metal valve stems do the trick? did they fix the tpms light up w/ custom wheels??

The presence of metal valve stems indicates that you have TPMS sensors in the wheels. If the stems are rubber then you do not have sensors.
