I am ordering a tranny temp gauge for my 05 Titan and I was wondering if anyone knows where the "nipple/screw" on the tranny are to instal the temp sensor? Any advice with the gauge install would be great too.

There isn't one. The sensors are inside the transmission, and use the CAN system to send the signal to trucks that have the factory transmission temp gauge. Some people have installed a T in the transmission cooler line and installed the sensor there.
