Installed it today! I am VERY pleased with how it finishes off the appearance of the truck! I wasn't sure I wanted one, but now am very glad I got it! Install with utili-trac system was a breeze. I installed the rails with the supplied clamps, then went back and drilled and screwed the rail on except for the front clamp. This will allow me to slide my tie downs, and bed divider. After screws are installed, you remove the middle and rear clamps. The adjustment system is great, allowing you to get it good and tight, then once snapped in place front to rear, you can make it even tighter with the velcro side attach. I am very pleased with this product. Pictures will follow.

Sounds good. Can't wait for the pic's. I have been trying to decide if I want one or not. I don't like having to remove something to use my bed, but better gas milage is a huge plus. If you can, will you post mpg differance with/without cover?
MPG is not going to tell much, as I only now have 1800 miles on the truck. More then mpg advantage, at least to me is the upgrade in appearance, as well as weatherproof/security. When tailgate is locked, it would be a pretty big ordeal to get into it. Granted it does not take much time for a knife, but that would really draw some attention.
Good point. I just use my bed a lot and think it might be more hassle then it's worth. That's why I wanted some MPG info to see if it would be worth the extra hassle to save some coin.
I bet it does not take a full min. to remove it. There is a latch in the rear, and its velcro up the sides.
Sounds easy enough to get to the bed. Did you take any pic's of the installation process? Was wondering about having to drill.
the drilling is nothing! Here is a link that will explain a lot.

My new TRUXEDO will be here tomorrow. I'd like to mod it so I can flip my bed extender too. I'll be looking over all the info when I do. Thanks!
You will do fine with the install Jollymon. Everything makes sense when you have the parts in front of you.
Mine is installed, and I like it. My truck looks totally different without the overhead racks. (which, by the way, were pretty tough to remove)

I understand the screws in the track. (Mod) But, why did you not drill the front clamp?

No reason in particular, it was not in the way, and it was one less hole in my truck!
