Need help guys, I have been getting code P0057 which means O2 Sensor Heather every time I turn on the truck. I can clear the code every time with scangaugeII no problem but it has become annoying after awhile. Can I buy the sensor and replace it myself or do I have to take it to the dealer. Any inputs will be great, thanks.

Code P0057
It could be the sensor or the wire harness associated with that sensor. Check to see if there's any wire been damage. If the wires are OK than it could be the sensor itself. You could change the sensor yourself if need be.

My service manual is showing possible cause of P0057 as:
Harness or Connectors (The heated oxygen sensor 2 heater circuit is open or shorted.)
Heater oxygen sensor 2 heater
So..it could either be the harness or the 02 sensor..as far as replacing yourself, I'm sure you could.
